85 f150 emergency

85 f150 5.0L efi 4x4 manual transmission.  Cranks
but won't start.  No power to inertia switch,  fuel
pump relay.  Changed computer.   Please help!

If I jump the wires on the fuel pump relay the pumps turn on but still won't start.
