Oil pressure low after oil change dont know why?

1993 eagle talon car hadnt been run for two years. When i bought it it burned oil bad changed the oil then ran it and the oil pressure was low any ideas?

Well i payed 900 for it would it be worth trying to get it fixed and it runs good the inky problem beside oil pressure is it idles low

And the guy i bought it from only had it for a week then the windshield busted but he said the previous owner didnt run it for 2 years

well when we bought it it idle at around 1500 but right now itll idle around 900-1000
