1981 f-150 bad gas what do i do to fix 6cl 300 seiries

may be water or some one sugared me or something can't keep it running it was running go till this I pulled the gas line and there is some white stuff in it when I pumped it into a old milk jug there was water on the top and it didn't smell strongly like gas what can I do ???

Drain the tank, flush fuel line, replace fuel filter, if it runs put some fuel additive/treatment
