Wheel bearing casing removal from steering knuckle

How can I get the bearing casing out of the wheel knuckle if
it is brazed/scarred or practically welded in there?

It probably gets pressed in/out . I have the garage do something like that rather than removing the knuckle and bringing it some where to have it done

Just by the picture it looks like the entire assembly will need replacing due to the heat that was developed during failure so all the temper is gone and a new bearing will probably just fall out in a very short period of time.

Yes; not only is the wheel bearing destroyed, it looks like it might have welded itself to the shaft. Replace the whole assembly. There should be lots of ten year old Sparks in salvage yards.
