Vibrations when idling with AC on in gear

I have a 2014 Honda Accord EX that vibrates when
idling in gear with AC on. It seems that it only
vibrates when radiator fans turn on. What could it
be?

I would try a tuneup and filter change. Use a good fuel system cleaner and it would not hurt to clean the MAF and throttle body.
