Squealing brakes in 2013 Rav4 while in reverse

I live on a hill. When I back out of the driveway, the brakes squeal terribly. It
mostly happens on the incline because I have to brake harder going
backwards downhill. Doesn't happen when I'm in drive (forward). this only
started about 9 months ago. got new brakes and it started up a month after
new brakes. HELP!
