Yes and if the 1991 was a DOHC engine also all the electronics will work. Although the 1991 has a two in one cam and crank sensor on the back head and the 1994 has two separate sensors it will still work. If you need I can explain how to tie the newer sensors into your wire harness so that the computer will still work correctly with no other changes needed. Real easy fix. I dropped a 1994 stealth motor in my sons 1991 3000 gt.
