why wont this van start?

Well recently its been super cold here in northern michigan, (in the single digits) my friend hasn't been able to start
his van, the starter is good, the battery is good. he even put a can of that heat stuff in it and nothing. is it just that its
to cold?

Try a squirt of starting fluid. That usually brings the cold engines to life.
