my 92 twin turbo starts but idles funny and runs crappy almost like its bogging down? any ideas

Not that sure but if it runs bad all the time and not just on idle it could be a fuel problem eather its running rich or there is a problem with gettting fuel, blocked filter worn out pump. if u find its puffind out black smoke it could be the turbo its self. It could be the idle sensor if the revs dont stay at a constant speed on idle and the auto chock is staying on, but reves can jump around if their is fuel and air problems too.

sounds like youve got alot of backpressure on your turbos and its causing them not be able to spool it would explain the bogging down issue check all your boost tubes and intercoolers and what not, make sure neither of the turbos are jammed or any thing too, i know its not exactly the same application but my diesel had a bad bearing which allowed the oil to stay circulating fine but it didnt allow the compressor wheel to spool and when that happens very little air comes into the engine and very little exhaust gas escapes
