Dose my VW need new electronic fuel modgules or something ?

I have an 87 Cabrolet. Starts fine but idels / runs rough for about 5 minuets, I then runs great. After stopping  anytime for 30 minuets or longer, it starts and runs rough again? Even in 80 degree weather when the engine is clearly warmed up. It runs like it has a stuck choke.. After a few minuets it clears up. No one has been able to fix it yet?  Last effort was new fuel injectors.  Any suggestions on what to try next?

check fuel pressure/run some ZMAX fuel additive thru it....then get back here.
