HEAD LIGHTS, INTERIOR LIGHTS PULSATE WHILE ENGINE OPERATES. VOLTAGE REG REPLACED (VOLTAGE OUTPUT OK) AND ALTERNATOR HAS BEEN CHECKED (DIODES OK, VOLTAGE OUTPUT PERFECT). WASSUPWIDAT??

As far as I know it could be one of three things. Either you alternator is faulty, your battery isn't fully charged and is struggling to power everything, or your electrical lighting socket isn't secured tightly enough to the bulb socket.

THE VR AND ALTERNATOR HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND VOLTAGE OUTPUT TO THE LIGHTS IS FINE. ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE PULSATING, NOT JUST A LIGHT.
