I have a 1989 Buick century and is leaking brake fluid

Because of that I have to push the brakes
all the way down how do I fix the leak

You have to find the source of the leak. Is it a brake line? The master cylinder? No matter what it is. Find it. Fix it. The life you save may be your own.
