I replace the brake pads and sensors. Now the Blinkers will not work. What
should I check or replace???

Most likely you disturbed an electrical harness or connection in the wheel arch area if turn indicator failed immediately after your brake service. If not check FUSE'S, BULB'S and there sockets along with the indicator switch. Use a Multimeter to check for 12.volts at the socket with switch on.
