Both trunk struts on my Prius 2013 are ruined. Is there a cheaper alternative to the $106.17 for each being charged by Toyota?

Advanced Auto Parts. Most parts store will sell them. They are not make and model specific. The easiest way to do it is to bring one in with you so they can match it. As Tom said, they are very easy to change.
