93 Dodge Stealth: Repetitive "clicking" sound from timing belt housing....What is it?

Probably the belt starting to disintegrate. How long since you changed the belt? 60k miles is the recommended replacement interval.

Please stop driving and inspect belt ASAP. Cause if it breaks or jumps time you will bend valves.
