No heat

I have 2011 dodge nitro.  Heat is blowing cold air. I
have replaced water pump, thermostat and
actuator.  Still blowing cold air!!  Any suggestions

If you already replaced the actuator and the flaps aren't moving, it may be your control switch instrument panel. They seem to be for sale a lot, must be a part that goes bad often
