How do I reset the tire pressure warning light on a 2013 Mazda 3 I Sport

First, make sure the light isn't on for a reason, like a tire going flat. To turn off the TPMS warning light, turn the key to the “On” position without starting the engine. Hold the TPMS reset button until the TPMS light blinks three times and goes off. Then, release the button. If the light returns, have a tire shop find out why.

Try the reset stated above but If the sensors have never been changed then most likely the batteries are dying, 9 to 10 years is maximum for the sensor batteries.
