I got a 94  dodge spirit  i start the car and it cut off
every time  but  when i start it  and keep my foot on
the gas n drive it but two or three blocks its warms
up it will stay running .

It's an old car if the maintenance is up-to-date (filters, sparplugs, wires), try cleaning the throttle body first. If not, clean and adjust the IAC (idle air control on throttle body) and adjust the TPS (you can do it with a volt-meter or go to a mechanic).
