Parked Prelude not starting.... Help Plz!

Have a 89 Honda Prelude 2.0si b20a5 was parked running in 2002 pump was locked up replaced it new coil new plugs new fuel filter no blown fuses will fire of starting fluid but wont stay running. i think the gas could be bad but has sea foam and others in it also has good fuel pressure but not sure if injectors are working are showing power at the injectors any ideas? I also have the thought of it being the fuel pressure regulator plz in needing of help

You have a fuel delivery problem. Flush the entire fuel system and replace the old fuel for new. Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge and test the injectors by taking the fuel rail and injectors off the intake manifold and cranking the engine with the injectors squirting in a container (careful with this, you may need to tie the injectors to the rail). if any of the injectors aren't firing or have a bad spray pattern, have them cleaned or replaced.

Being parked for 11 years the gasoline will gel, in other words I agree about flushing the entire system, get that shit out ... there is no additive that after that long will dissolve the gunk that has formed. Do what Lars suggested. And change the oil and coolant while you're at it

Check your crankshaft position sensor aka top dead center sensor. 2000 prelude with the exact same problem and no mechanic can help.. found this page and it was right...
