Check air filter clean throttle with throttle body cleaner replace fuel filter and add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank. Sea foam is a good injector cleaner.

Also a cause would be the Ignition Control Module, it can be affected by the hot & cold when getting older, this can be tested.

Check the fuel filter and replace the fuel pump and control modules ok car runs fine just hard to start up after its warm I heard also that it could possibly be that temperature sending unit is not functioning correctly I'm telling the car that it's cold and it's dumping to much fuel into the injection system could that be possible I'm trying all suggestions

The temperature sending unit is like the the most important sensor for the ECM to read to tell it how to adjust all the other sensors, that & the 02 sensor. The temp. sender can still make the temp. gauge work, but still be bad.
