2013 F150 Lariat Flex fuel stalling

I drive my truck and when in stop and go traffic it will stall
out the the low oil pressure warning light comes on. It
starts back up but everywhere I have read it isn't the
sending unit. I had my oil changed recently at the
dealership so know it can't be that. Read some where,
where someone said add oil thickener. Anyone know where
I can get this?
