2013 F150 Lead frame

I just had Lead Frame replaced on my 2013 F150
since Ford would not do anything about it since I
have 164,000 miles. Since replacing lead frame
problem is even worse now. Does anyone have any
suggestions. I'm already out 700 dollars for this.

Did you have Ford do the repair? What is the issue with yours now? The lead frame fixes sudden downshift issues when the VSS signal gets interrupted of fails. At 164,000 miles it may be time for a new transmission.

I had a certified mechanic do the work. But since the lead frame has been changed now it is doing the down shifting and not wanting to shift correctly

Your "certified" mechanic likely botched the repair. You should have taken it to Ford.
