1989 bronco 2 blinker signals dont work

The blinker signals don't work but the hazards do work. No light or sound goes
on inside or outside of the car when I turn either blinker on. When I turn the
hazards on, the little light flashes inside the car and it makes the normal clicking
sound, as well as it working normally on the outside.

If the brake light and directional share a bulb then the brake light may run through the directional switch . A multi tester is useful for electrical problems

This sounds like a bad turn signal switch but you need to check the flasher unit and fuses for the turn signals as it is different from the 4 way circuit. A test light or voltmeter is a must have for checking circuits on this old of a rig. You may also want to invest in a good shop manual that has wiring diagrams in it.

You have 2 flashers. One for the turn signals only and the other for the hazards only. Sounds like the turn signal flasher is bad. Hope that helps! Jim
