how is the cigarette lighter in a1995 dodge stealth wired

the cigarette lighter is not working and a blue wire is not plugged in somewhere! so i was
wondering how they are wired so i know how to wire it back together

Small black connector with what's looks like two black/yellow striped wires goes to the light. The white connector with blue/black striped wire goes to the center post of the cig lighter. The large black connector with two black/white dotted wires goes to the metal frame post on the cig lighter.
