I have a 1989 toy SR5 x-cab 22rE 4WD automatic trans. It was working when I parked it the night before, next morning fired it up & it won't move,you can feel it trying.fluid level is between the lines

Ray, did you figure it out yet or is it still in the yard? Just found your question in the "unanswered" section. If still not fixed, what have you done for tests?

I haven't done any line pressure tests yet. I used to work on these things many years ago, but have probably forgotten more than I remember now. I believe their is a problem in the transfer valve body as it is one of the common denominators that will affect it whether it is in 2 or 4 whl. drive. When I find the problem I'll post it but any ideas are welcome. Thanks for checking with me.
