What's the easiest way to get frozen water out of
the radiator? With out takeing the radiator apart
and all that good stuff

Put it in a warm garage for 3 days. Or try putting a portable heater on it.

Get that water out and put some antifreeze in it. It is possible that you might have damage if only water was in your cooling system and there was a very hard freeze.
