Car stalls and chuges like the engine shutts off intermittently

I worked on this car for, on and off for a couple off months, 153,000 miles,  it came to me with a no start, at times had a code for cam sensor, repaced came and crank senser, fuel pump and fuel pump relay. seamed to work fine after that car came back stalling but resarts right back up, engine will also chuges like the engine would shut off, when it acts up, no codes this time, ohmed out cam and crank sensor curcuit it was ok, so i installed a new ECM, ING coil,  and map sensor thought i had it fixed the car now acts worse then before, intermittently any one else run into this whats the fix ?

Try replacing the fuel filter!

The fuel filter was just replaced when the fuel pump was done only has 3,000 or 4,000 miles on it.. and the car has plenty of power untill it acts up...
