Bmw f10 smart opener

Dears
I have f10 528 2013
The problem is if I leave the car about 15 minutes
the smart opener (by inser foot under the trunk)is
not work unless if I touch any key in key knob or
door handles then its back to work.
During 10 minutes from closing car(before sleep
mode) it works normally.

hi i've got bmw 520d 2012 just lost the some of the futures from the car like NAV, BLUE THOOTH, DAB RADIO. etc any help please.
