I have a question about 2013 Kia Sportage.

Asked by vacationtime Jan 23, 2019 at 10:27 PM about the 2013 Kia Sportage Base

Question type: General

I leave my headlights "on" and after turning off the car lights will go out after about a minute.  I have been doing this for 5 years.  I parked car in the garage for the night.  In the morning when I went out and walked past the car a horizontal part of light was flashing.  I turned the switch to off for the headlights.  About an hour later I went to drive the car and had a dead battery.  AAA came out and jumped the battery and told me I did NOT need a new battery.  It has been running fine.  Why were the lights flashing and then had dead battery???

Did you leave the turn signal on or the emergency flashers by accident?
