Where is the computer on this thing?

just thinking out loud,but how do you know that the ecm is shot if you don't know where it is ????? b4 replacing a computer there is a series of tests to be done,obviously you have not done them so this conversation is over...

It is under the fuse block in the engine bay. For your model year there should be a TCM and a ECM. For 2002 and later they made put both together and there is only one.

I have had my car checked out by a mechanic n they said I need a new one. Can I put one in from a junk yard.
