Fuel?

99 Dakota 3.9, At times going down the road it
acts like it isn't getting enough fuel.  I have found
that I can kick it in to neutral and restart it. Put it
back in drive and its good, till I come to a stop or
the rpms get low. Thsen again I must kill it and
restart. I have a new fuel pump, 6 mos. so I'm
baffled. Also replaced the electronic fuel
modulator. Any ideas?

does she bog out when you give it more gas ? if so you may have a clogged fuel filter , or possibly a bad fuel pump . if its a 99 you may be lucky enough to have the filter located outside of the fuel tank.
