Dash cluster not working

My dash cluster high beam light lites up, the right blinker blinks, the right
emergency flasher works,But nothing else works,Please I need help!!!!

To Mr. Bob,Thank you for the helpful tips as to the possible cause of my Dash Cluster issue.I felt compelled to also add that it cranks and runs good also,The windshield wipers aren't working either.Do you know how many grounds are included for the dash board and instrument cluster? or where the ground for the instrument cluster is located?
