99 dodge grand caravan blinker/brake light

So the back left blinker and brake light do
not work. The top brake light and the right
brake light and blinker work fine. The back
left hazard light doesn't work either. Bulbs
have been replaced. Thoughts?

check for 12 volts??? bad socket/ground...or turn signal switch..
