I am in okc and plan on driving down to Austin
Texas for the weekend. My car has 121,760 miles
on it, is it safe to make that trip down and back?

I cannot possibly say. If you have doubt have a mechanic look at it. At the minimum check the tire air pressure and tread plus the coolant and oil levels.
