1999 Chrysler T&C van will not start. Starter tested and is fine. New electronic ignition assembly installes. When key is turned I hear the relay click but nothing happens . 5 Answers
The battery is only several months old. Voltage on battery is 12.57. What else could cause the starter not to turn over.
