2004 2.4 pt crusier will fit a 2000 dodge neon?? help please

i want to upgrade the engine on a 2000 dodge neon  and i find a 2004 2.4 from a pt crusier
will this engine fit the neon??

sure will! you will need to swap over all harness and the pcm, the trans should bolt right up the 2.0 and 2.4 were the same block with a bigger bore. you may also want to see what the fuel pump rate is on the 2.0 vs the 2.4 may push more fuel so fuel pump may need transferred as well
