Radio not working properly

Had radio updated the UConnect keeps
disconnecting and the touch screen doesn’t work
every time I press a command also when
connected the phone feature doesn’t work can hear    
call on both ends

My touch screen has stopped working all the time also. Luckily I have steering wheel controls, but would like the touchscreen to work again. Maybe someone can help us both
