shimmy at a certain milage

I have noticed when I get to certain speed and idel about 77 or my car
sometime will start to vibrate. not sure if from motor or tires. In order to fix
issue i let off gas it goes away in order to get past it i need to increase or
decrease acceleration. I have now noticed it when I go about 40 now, but not
always. Could this be a fuel filter issue or spark plugs? Someone said possible
transmission. I believe this issue started after my spark plugs were installed
but can remember for certain.
