Overheated and now smokes

Asked by rickmb66 Jul 26, 2018 at 10:21 PM about the 2013 Ford Fiesta SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car over heated. One of the PVC lines broken and it lost all coolant.
Before pulling over to shut off the car the over heat light, oil light, and engine light came on.
It started once but was blowing blue smoke and ran rough. It will not restart. All 4 spark plugs are wet with oil.
Is the engine ruined or could something else be causing the oil in the cylinders?

1 Answer

I think your engine is ready for the butter. In other words it is toast.
