I bought one less than  4 month's ago it was
shuddering when I got it I called dealer I bout from
and they said they would have it checked well
weeks went by and nothing was  done so as of last
Friday the transmission goes out what do  I do
about it. it was messed up when I bought it

If you bought it from a private party its usually and "as is" sale unless otherwise stated...If it was from a car dealer and since you called them about it right away about it...asked them to correct the issue and don't back down
