Sqeaking-grinding noise on front pass side. After replacing brake pads n rotor.

Unknown noise in front end after replacing  pads n
rotor.  Sounds like a sqeak or grind.  Any idea what
might cause this.  No noise before replacing

Where the rotors turned before replacing pads? If not, that may be cause.
