Will any parts, i.e. transmission/engine from a
2015 lacrosse work / fir on a 2013 enclave?

The answer is it depends. The parts numbers need to match for that to work. The same year they tend to share the same powertrain (3.6L VG and 6 speed automatic) but the parts need to match for this to work. I don't know if the parts are same for the two different model years you mention. Good luck.
