light left on in terrain, charged the battery, still won't start

It has been cold outside...however, car has been in garage.

Won't start I'd go with fuel pump and spark. Well first place I'd start.
If you disconnected the battery or put in a new one, it has to be programed to the car's computer to recognize it. I think if you call the dealer, the service written should tell you how to reprogram it.
