My window washers have stopped working on my 2013 CC. what should I check?

First check the lines that feed the washers. Make sure they haven't broken or fallen off. If those are good, I would suspect that the washer motor has failed. Not sure exactly sure where the pump is located. May be on the bottom of the fill jug. Just follow the fluid tubes.
