Dodge dakota hesitation after stopping

On my 01 ,3.9 dakota ,automatic  at times it has a
tiny hesitation after i stop at light its not as bad
after moving to park there .
I replaced all spark plugs an wires an cap an
rotor.Tested injector pulses an power to them.Also
cleaned upper intake an injectors w seafoam.
Its been ok for a few weeks till now. No codes yet..
Can the tightness of gas.cap factor idle also?

What should i check

Air leak or loose gas cap? There were cylinder misfire codes before i tuned it up.. 02?
