Buying Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 in Canada.

Asked by Caperkid Mar 11, 2014 at 05:38 PM about the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS FWD

Question type: General

I have a 2013 Elantra. Put a set of the Bridgestone Blizzak WS70 on. Great tire. I live in northern Nova Scotia, and will get three winters, probably four out of the set. I bought the tires from Tiretrends ( http://www.tiretrends.com/ ) in Langley, BC. Delivered to NS by courier in 8 days, and total price was $338.00 less than the local Bridgestone dealer in NS wanted! I would not drive an Elantra without snow tires! Turning off the ESC makes
a major difference!

I bought Blizzaks this winter at Costco. I had them put on new rims. I agree, major difference. I was afraid to drive in the snow without them, but now I can even stop at a stop sign without going right through it. I would never buy another Hyundai.
