Question type: Maintenance & Repair

sometimes when I start car there is no cold air and next time I start it, there is ice cold air. At same time, seem to have issue with engine reving up to 1500-2000. Had engine rev and speed up once while turning car. Scary.

it takes time for the freon to circulate in your lines. If you start it, turn off, and start again, it probably has started to circulate from the first time you turned on so it gets cooler faster. Unless you got something stuck on your gas pedal, you may want to log when it happens again, if it happens more than once, take it to a mechanic. That's an accident waiting to happen
