2001 dodge Dakota is having multiple issues please help

Our dakota is having lots of issues  I'm
overheating water is coming out of my
exhaust when I push on the gas and of
course my battery is dead it turns over but it
doesn't it doesn't turn over it makes a loud
sound from idling my mother works at an
auto parts store and will be less of a
headache to try to figure out or buy all these
other parts without knowing exactly what
our issue is please help we put anti freeze in
it water in it transmission fluid now it don't
want to start

Do a compression check to look for a blown head gasket, can't really check fuel pressure If It won't start though... But you can pull a spark plug or 2 after cranking to make sure that theres at least fuel getting into the cylinders (plugs will be wet)
