What is this part/where can i get a replacement?

I have a 2012 328i and I lost the piece where the driver seat belt meets the
bottom of the seat. It says airbag on it and covers up the internal parts down
there. I cant seem to find it on the web, but im having a hard time finding out
what to call it and where to find a replacement. Any help would be appreciated
