no crank. battery good

stalled at light. no crank no noise, dash warning lights are staying on with key
in hand. with key in run position windows & door locks inop. prndl indicator is
lite but wont register what gear the van is in

unplug no change. but i have more info I have a cheep scan tool only scan eng & trans faults. theres no faults but when I plug scan tool in data connector car starts and everything works. when i unplug scan tools it stalls and all problems return
